After some chicken fingers and dipping them into honey mustard sauce. It was in his hair, covering his eyebrows and all down his nose. Yes, straight to the bathtub we went.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Another day at the park, starting with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Today we decided it would be a morning centered around I(1.5) and we’d get him back in time for lunch and a much needed nap.
We knew I(1.5) would totally dig the Honey I Shrunk the Kids set. Look at this face!
Climbing the web.
Sliding down the red leaf.
While we didn’t get to see Buzz and Woody, we did get a quick snapshot with GI Joe.

Disney’s Magic Kingdom
Uncle A, Bebe, Pablo and I really enjoyed spending the day with I(1.5) who was excitable and energized by all the things to see at the Magic Kingdom. We started the day with the Dumbo Ride.
Next it was off to It’s a Small World and then to Peter Pan’s Flight.
But I think the best part of I(1.5)’s day was the moment he got to drive a car. Yep, that yellow one was calling his name.
Even Bebe got her chance at the wheel.
And Uncle A – well, he likes driving with no hands on the wheel.
After the drive, we relaxed on the peoplemover. It blew my mind how chill and calm I(1.5) was on all the rides that had a lot of darkness. He was amazing.
They’re totally checking out a hot chick….
Boat ride!
Again, the wheels. I’m sure he’d be here all day if we left him.

Disney’s Epcot–Take 2
Uncle A joined us for lunch and then Bebe and I(1.5) stayed home to play in the activity center so that we could go back to the park. We had funny playing crash dummies at Test Track and then dined at Japan.
Disney’s Epcot
we started nice and early, well, as early as we could given the 9am opening time of the parks. Mr. I(1.5) has been waking up at 6am – something I think he needs to get over really fast. 7am was perfect for mom and dad, kid, so get it together.
we had a wonderful schmear at the hotel with a buffet breakfast. I(1.5) and I enjoyed some fruit, eggs and oatmeal in preparation for our epcot adventure.
One of Dad’s all time favorite rides is the one with Figment and at the end of the ride, I(1.5) liked moving his arms and watching Figment dance on the screen in front of us.

Mickey, here we come!
here’s a toddler who woke up from his nap to find out that yes, we were still in the car. however, we lucked out – he slept for almost 2 hours of our trek to Orlando.
happy to be out of the car, we explored our Marriott World Center hotel and discovered this chess board and pieces that I(1.5) enjoyed knocking over.
Where o where could that little boy be hiding?
We discovered an arcade at the hotel and no sooner than you could say drive was I(1.5) up on the seat and driving the car. While he’s happy to turn the wheel and pretend he’s driving, I’ll pray that that keeps his attention for a long time and we can save our quarters.
We had Mexican for dinner that night – a killer margarita and yum guac as evidenced by this little guys face. He’s become a dipper – loves dipping one thing into another, chips into guac, fries into ketchup, chips into ketchup – he does not discriminate in his dipping.

Homemade Mac N Cheese!
We ventured to the pool this morning and I(1.5) loved the baby pool where he could walk around and try his best to work with Dad on blowing bubbles.
We loved on the puppie dog at Grandpop’s and Grammie J’s:
I(1.5) took his own picture. I must say, it’s pretty darn good for his first try.
And Grammie J made us this killer mac and cheese dish. Which we devoured in 2 days flat. YUM! Pecorino Romano – that’s the secret.

the beach
we took I(1.5) to the beach today to get his toes in the sand. I think he likes it, especially the picking up shells part (he’s totally my kid), but not so sure about the waves. He loves the water crashing on him and will dare the water to come up to him. Pablo and I are going to have a keep a close eye on this daredevil.
We celebrated Pablo’s in all his glory for his birthday today. What a great day to spend your birthday - family, friends, water and sand….and some fresh fish for dinner.

Airplane Day!
We were all up pretty early this morning to take off for Florida. I(1.5) was really excited and all in all, I think he did pretty well on the plane ride. Bebe was really excited too, it being her 1st plane ride.
We watched the planes move from their gates and I(1.5) enjoyed seeing the trucks zoom under him in our view from above.
How can you resist this punum?

Imagine It!
With the onslaught of rain, we ventured out to the Imagine It! Children’s Museum downtown this morning. Weekends are totally devoted to I(1) in our eyes and from 7am-1230pm and 230-7pm, we do all that we can to make our son smile. That’s the goal for the time we’re together, happiness and joy.
Pablo had fun teaching I(1) how to maneuver the crane to capture the balls so that they could be dumped into the bucket.
Next was the trip to the grocery section, where I(1) hoped right on up on the John Deere and planned his crop rotation.
In the grocery section, Pablo and I(1) milked the cow. I like that he gets to see where his milk comes from, but we’ll have to go to a real farm and show him how it’s really done too.
Next skill was art – we painted on the washable wall and opted out of our apron. Needless to say, our orange shirt now has a splash of blue and red. Thank you washable paint!
On to the sandbox and scooping the sand in to the bowl.
Crawling in the tunnel, which Mommy can’t get through. =)
He liked climbing up in the cabin/tree house, but didn’t want to go down the slide, neither facing forward or laying down, so we walked back through and then peeked out the window to Daddy.
My rating for Imagine It!? I give it a 5 out of 10 for I(1)’s age group. I think that many of the skills are geared towards 5+ age group.
Every week we try to plan for the weekend and I think Pablo did a great job this weekend in discovering Warbington Farms! We’ll definitely put it on our list for activities in April – peak strawberry season!
Next on our list is an indoor aquatic center
