Snow in Atlantic Station

Recalling how much I(4.5) loved the snow in Celebration in Disney a couple of years back, we meet up with our pals for a snow experience at Atlantic Station. and we also rode the train.

Ana’s Wedding!

We were so excited to celebrate with Ana for her wedding day! And even giggled in seeing how close the wedding was to Talledega, we stopped for a selfie on the way.

Fun with C and C

We had a great time splashing with our friends C(4) and C(2) at their house today.

Costa Rica 2014

Pablo and I were 4 years overdue for a adult only vacay and opted for Costa Rica this year with our friends A+A.

 

We enjoyed our first night in Tamarindo for dinner.

 

We relaxed day 1 and then hit the ground running day 2 with a white water rafting trip with brothers Chuta and Gorge.

Day 2 was Barinque with Atv rides and panoramic views.

The boys decided to take a dip in the waterfall, but A and I decided it was way too cold. Smart girls.

Next up horseback riding to the zip lines

After zip lining over 500' ravines, we had lunch and then missed each other up with volcanic mud.

Breakfast nearly everyday looked like this.

 

We wrapped the whole week up with a catamaran sail and paddle boarded before watching the sunset.

 

Our reservations were lost, so we caught a late taxi ride and listened to the best music of all time. Starting with Patrick Swayze’s and then this…

 

Cuz D(3) Turns 3!

We enjoyed celebrating with our family today for Cousin D(3)’s third birthday!

Fernbank egg hunt -April 11

And check, another awesome fernbank Dino egg hunt with the kiddos! It has become an annual tradition for our friends A and J and us! 

Hooch love

We had fun this morning with our friend A and J and their kiddos C(4) and C(1.5). Weather was beautiful and we even stopped to watch some fisherman catch trout and kayaked and canoers on there paddle Georgia tour. 

We stopped for lunch at my favorite sandwich shop: fickle pickle!

Graduation Weekend 2014–NYC bound

We left Ithaca and headed to NYC for a few days. The boys packed us up and wheeled us down to the car.

We opted to take a break in Scranton and discovered a quiet mall, but an awesome train station! Oh, yeah, and this. N(2) and I applied for a job….

We dined with Uncle J for dinner.

Lake Lanier 2014

Neither of the boys have been on the lake and Uncle A was excited to take us for a spin on his new boat. Waves were high and the boys loved it! Thankfully we got in a quick nap before the boatride.

What Uncle A fails to see as he plays co-captain is the grit in I(4)’s pucker. I’s on a misson.
