Paul and I ventured to Napa Valley this time around and ventured to Cakebread vinyards only to find crazy, drunk middle aged women shouting and slurring. Besides, we found Cakebread was really on the "main road." After the recommendation from Jason and Amy Bergstrom, we ventured over to Frog's Leap and what a leap it was! Although we arrived later than the last tour, we were still welcomed with vino and invited to tour the grounds. We found a barn on the property and a great set of doors that I had to pose with.
We stayed in Napa for dinner and dined at Tra Vigne
http://www.travignerestaurant.com/. Although we were "wined," out we feasted on the fresh hand pulled mozzerella and gobbled up the lamb and ravioli. One of the best, especially after a day of sunshine and wine.
