We rang in the New Years 2011 with our friend Melissa who asked to make us dinner. We feasted on a dinner of pistachio pesto with fettuccine and shrimp, and mushrooms for moi. The house smelled delicious!

Dessert was just a delicious. We dipped strawberries, bananas, marshmallows and dates in melted chocolate, covered them with additional chocolate chips, peanuts and coconut and stuck them in the fridge to chill.

Little Man? Well, he went to bed right at 730pm. We’ll let him wait a couple of years to celebrate with us.
